Shoulder instability can be post-traumatic or constitutive. It consists of repeated slipping of the humeral head to the glenoid, resulting in sprains or subluxations recurrent.
Symptom: Out of place feeling, pain, cracmente and limiting confidence on the move.
Treatment: Physiotherapy for active stabilization, and in persistent cases - arthroscopic surgery (proceed Bankart/Latarjet).
