Femoral condyle and supracondylar fractures affects the lower part of the femur, near the knee. They are caused by severe trauma (road accidents, falls).
Symptom: Severe pain, swell, functional impotence and possible deformation. Confirmation is done by X-ray and CT.
Treatment: Surgicalby osteosynthesis with plate/screws. Postoperatively is necessary functional recovery intensive.
