Key responsibilities:
Specific job tasks:
- Answer phone calls and record programs;
- Provides contacts and refers clients to the surgeries or departments;
- Records consultations, admissions and medical laboratory tests in the hospital software;
- Keeps track of appointments, consultations and admissions;
- Check the documents required for admission and your insurance status;
- It cashes the bill for consultations or hospitalization;
- Generates and sends the centralized statement of the day's receipts to the reception coordinator
- Keep track of loyalty cards
- Issue tax invoices for patients
