Specific job tasks:

  • Answer phone calls and record programs;
  • Provides contacts and refers clients to the surgeries or departments;
  • Records consultations, admissions and medical laboratory tests in the hospital software;
  • Keeps track of appointments, consultations and admissions;
  • Check the documents required for admission and your insurance status;
  • It cashes the bill for consultations or hospitalization;
  • Generates and sends the centralized statement of the day's receipts to the reception coordinator
  • Keep track of loyalty cards
  • Issue tax invoices for patients
