In accordance with the provisions of Law no.95\/2006, amended and supplemented \"Personal contribution\" represents the difference between the tariff charged by our institution for the case management or, as the case may be, the tariffs for medical services provided and the corresponding tariffs paid from the budget of the National Single Fund for Social Health Insurance, strictly for medical services provided\/ case management in continuous hospitalization.

The amount of the personal contribution is estimated, according to Order no. 1068 of June 29, 2021 on the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application in 2021 of the Government Decision no. 696\/2021, depending on the complexity of the case, the pathology of the patient, the evolution of the medical case and the medical staff involved in the medical act.

The personal contribution shown corresponds to a standard, uncomplicated surgery for a patient with no other medical conditions, performed by a surgeon declared in the hospital's contract with the health insurance fund. Depending on the surgeon who performs the operation and the final complexity of the medical case, the amount of the personal contribution may change. Please request a quotation from the hospital for the exact calculation of the amount of the personal contribution.
